Kale Caesar Salad with Pepitas

Purple Kale de-stemmed & chopped
Toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Salt & Pepper
Red Onion-soaked in red wine vinegar & then drained

All mixed with a vegan caesar dressing:
-vegan worsteshire sauce
-apple cider vinegar
-olive oil
-lemon juice
-dijon mustard

Raw Lemon Meltaways

1-1/2 C almond flour
1/3 Cup org. coconut flour
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1-2 Tblspoon org maple syrup or raw honey
3 org lemons (squeezed juice)
2 tsp org vanilla extract
1/4 C org coconut oil (liquid/melted)
Blend in #foodprocessor 
Roll into balls with palms
(Optional to roll into coconut flakes or powdered sugar. I sprinkled them almond flour) 
Place them on a plate and stick in fridge to chill… Serve chilled..enjoy!!
